As the popular old song goes… “Start spreading the news. I’m leaving today. I want to be a part of it, New York, New York.”
Guess what, common folks are not the only ones, sex offenders want to be part of it too. Their “vagabond shoes are longing to stray, and make a brand new start of it…”—especially the multiple offenders who are on parole.
We’d want to wake up, in the city that never sleeps. Not one that is filled with cases of rape, sexual harassment and molestation, to find that crime is the king of the hill, top of the heap.
Be aware. Make these little town blues, just melt away, it’s time to make a brand new start of it, for old New York.
