Did you know that it was created as a direct result of President Theodore Roosevelt’s action in Sharkey County, Mississippi during 1902? In fact, it was made because “Teddy” Roosevelt’s refusal to shoot a captured bear, thus resulting in every little child’s best friend, the Teddy Bear.
There is also such thing as a little child’s worst enemies. Such enemies are what we call sex offenders. They are those individuals that rape, molest and sexually harass children, some not only children but women and men as well.
Even though there are many method’s proposed and enacted to prevent these offenders from victimizing anybody, the best way is still to apply safety measures to prevent anything from ever happening to you and your family.
