If you remember the lessons you have learned in history class, then you would remember the colorful history of Massachusetts, in which a certain town called Salem became popularly known world wide.
Back in the old days the largest crime punishable by death was practicing witch craft, which brings me back with a topic of the present, crime. One of the most common and detestable crimes committed in the present are molestation, sexual harassment and rape, all offenses made by individuals we call sex offenders.
Just like the witches of the olden days, it’s difficult to tell whether an individual is an offender or not. We can’t simply resort to dunking individuals in tubs of water screaming, “Sex offender!” We can’t dwell in the past anymore, which is why there are probably many services offered to help people nowadays tell whether a person is worth staying away from or not.
