Did you know that in Maryland there is such a place as a Clara Barton National Historic Site? It’s to commemorate the life of the founder of the American Red Cross.  Clara Barton, yet another person who played a large role in history which affected everyone’s future back then, which is now our present.
Every little thing affects our future and the future of others. When tragedies happen, they always seem to play a large role of what we are later on. Bad things specifically affect people in a bad way, which is why everybody must be careful, especially when it comes to sex offenders.
Being a victimized by a sex offender can be traumatizing and sometimes can even alter a person’s life in such a way that it can never normal again. I doubt that it is anybody’s cup of tea at all. The only way to be prevent this is to take necessary precautions within our reach.
