The California Department of Justice had categorized the offenders as a high risked if their criminal records congregate the legislative definition, including those offenders who committed 2 violent offence or least of 1 offence out of it. They will be marked as high risked by that time.

This law called California Megan’s Law had been performed last 1996 and had been improved last 2005, this law wants the CDJ the California department of justice to have a certain information about those high risked sex offenders to be available for the public view and update them on a daily basis. This system from California helps the law enforcement to keep track with those offenders’ location and position.

This law had been implied by the state government for public safety, these sex offenders must not live near a school, or children’s gathering for about 2,000 feet away.
