State governments are scrambling to imply with a new law which will put those sex offenders intact. Arizona had somehow managed to have this law about these criminals requiring them to give their email address and online chat names for their sex offender registry which is being maintained by the Department of Public Safety.

Reports had also been said that the State of Arizona study had shown 5.5% of convicted sex offenders who were eventually returned back to prisons again because of their new offense made. Approximately, there were about a thousand of rape and sexual assaults done by different kind of state, government had somehow managed to put them all to parole and custody or even had sentenced them for prison for the sake of the community.

Day by day, every time these criminals were about to set free, then again got back to prison because of having the same felony over and over again. there are other state laws and ordinance address these problem with large number of paroled sex offenders and set them on the same residence. It is better to keep them in one environment to keep the society safe.
